O Servi\u00e7o Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial (SENAI Amazonas) certificou na sexta-feira (22) turma de 22 alunos nos cursos de padeiro e confeiteiro, realizados no Laborat\u00f3rio de Panifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Confeitaria da Escola SENAI de A\u00e7\u00f5es M\u00f3veis e Comunit\u00e1rias, no Distrito Industrial, com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de dois meses e carga hor\u00e1ria de 160 horas.<\/p>\n<p>A forma\u00e7\u00e3o resultou de uma a\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta com a EJA do SESI Amazonas, Instituto Euvaldo Lodi (IEL Amazonas) e o Sindicato de Panifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Amazonas (Sindpam). A iniciativa faz parte do Programa Foco Setorial: Potencializando a Forma\u00e7\u00e3o Industrial, da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria de Panifica\u00e7\u00e3o (ABIP), coordenado nacionalmente pelo Departamento Nacional do SENAI. Ao descobrir o curso viu a chance de mudar de profiss\u00e3o. \u201cQuando eu vi a oportunidade, achei boa. Fiz o curso, fui indicado para uma panificadora e passei na entrevista. Hoje estou empregado e cada dia mais motivado a seguir na \u00e1rea\u201d, contou.<\/p>\n<p>Outra hist\u00f3ria inspiradora \u00e9 a de Branca Maria Pacaya, 36 anos, m\u00e3e de quatro filhos e aluna da EJA do SESI. Ela se inscreveu e pouco antes de concluir o curso foi contratada por uma padaria de Manaus. \u201cA minha maior motiva\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 dar uma qualidade de vida melhor para mim e para os meus filhos. O curso abriu portas e n\u00e3o pretendo parar por aqui. O objetivo \u00e9 que esses formandos sejam absorvidos pelas ind\u00fastrias do Amazonas, potencializando a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o de obra em um setor que ainda sofre com car\u00eancia de profissionais qualificados.
